The GC Scheme Standard details the criteria to be followed to run a robust GC Scheme. GC Issuers must be EnergyTag Accredited to be “EnergyTag Compliant”.
This work, carried out in collaboration with the data science contractor Future Energy Associates, proposes a V2 of the EnergyTag GC Registry API Specification.
The GC Matching Standard outlines how the matching of GCs to consumption can be performed. The document is intended for informational purposes rather than formal accreditation or matching claims. It should be combined with more detailed norms, such as the Climate Group’s 24/7 CFE criteria, EU CBAM, or similar norms on hourly matching and deliverability.
